Vegetable Upma (Semolina)
Gather all ingredients together first: 2 minutes
Pre-cut all vegetables: 3 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:

5-10 g |
| Salt |

Recipe:

Fry semolina/Sooji/Rava and keep it for cooling.

Finely chop onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, and tomato.

Chop carrots in small pieces (diamond/cube shape).

Heat the frying pan and add 2 tbsp of oil.

Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and once it begin to sizzle and add curry leaves, ginger and stir for few seconds.

Add onions and fry until golden brown, the add the carrot and peas.

Add salt to taste, cook it for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add coriander leaves and semolina/Sooji/Rava, stir it for few seconds.

Add 3 cups of hot water and stir it constantly untilit becomes thick.

Serve hot on a plate with coconut/mint/tomato/coriander leaves chutney.
