Vegetable Rice
Gather all ingredients together first: 2 minutes
Pre-cut all vegetables: 3 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:

| Cumin Seeds |

| Fresh coriander Leave |
5-10 g |
| Salt |
to taste |
Recipe:

Finely chop onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger and tomato.

Clean the raw rice with fresh water and add it in a bowl (micro-oven usable); add 2 tbsp of oil/butter/bread spread.

Add all the vegetables, all the spices/powders, grated coconut and salt to taste.

Add water (Rice: Water ratio – 1 : 2).

Stir it for a minute.

Cook in Micro-oven for about 12-13 minutes.

Serve it on a plate.
