Vegetable Cheese Bread

 
Gather all ingredients together first:  2 minutes

Pre-cut all vegetables:  2 minutes

Cooking time:  2 minutes (per serving)

 
Ingredients:

Onions

½

Chillies

1

Grated cheese

10 to 15 g or 1 slice

Tomato

½

Sliced Olives (Black)

1 tsp

Bread Slices

2

Salt

to taste

 

Recipe:

 
  • Finely chop onions, chillies and tomato.
  • Add the vegetables in a bowl with a bit of salt, sliced olives and mix it well.
  • Toast bread slices.
  • Spread the vegetable mix on top of the toast.
  • Spread cheese on top of the toast and vegetable mix.
  • Heat it in micro oven till the cheese melts (approx 1 minute).
  • Sprinkle black pepper on top before serving.
 
Note: you may choose to fry the veggies first.
