Ingredients:
Oil
3 tsp
Cumin Seeds
¼ tsp
Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp
Yellow Gram (Channa Dal)
¼ tsp
Onions

Green chillies
1 or 2
Ginger
small piece
Wheat flour
15 g
Rice flour
15 g
Salt
to taste
Recipe:
Mix the flours with water in a bowl to a consistency of thin cream.
Add finely chopped onions, green chillies, grated ginger and salt.
Leave aside for 5 minutes.
Heat the pan (Tawa) really hot and then turn the heat down to medium.
Add ½ tsp of oil with cumin seeds and once it begins to sizzle, add channa dal (yellow gram).Leave it for a few seconds till it turns a little brown, and then mix it with the batter.
Pour a ladle full of batter and form it like a small circle.
Spread 1 tsp of oil around the edge of the circle to get some crispiness.
Cook it for a minute until it is golden brown (it will be visible on the edge). Flip the dosa, then spread ½ tsp of oil around the edge of the circle and cook it for a minute.
Then simply slide it out of the pan onto a plate.
Serve it with coconut chutney / tomato Sauce / any other chutney.
