Ingredients:
Paneer
100 g
Gram flour (Besan)
40 g
Oil
250 g
Garam masala powder
¼ tsp
Black pepper powder
¼ tsp
Red chillies powder
¼ tsp
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp
Cumin Seeds
½ tsp
Coriander seeds powder(Dhania)
¼ tsp
Salt
to taste
Recipe:
Cut paneer in medium sized cubes .
In a bowl, add gram flour (besan), garam masala powder, black pepper powder, red chillies powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder and salt (to taste) with bit of water. Make it as thick batter.
Add oil to a frying pan and heat the oil until hot, then reduce the flame to medium level.
One by one, dip paneer pieces in batter and then deep fry it, till it turns to be a golden brown.
Drain the excess oil on paper towel.
Serve it on a plate with any chutney/sauce/dip of your choice.
