Ingredients:
Onion

Ginger

Green chillies
1 or 2
Gram flour (Besan)

Oil

Garam masala powder
¼ tsp
Black pepper powder
¼ tsp
Red chillies powder
¼ tsp
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp
Cumin Seeds
½ tsp
Coriander seeds powder(Dhania)
¼ tsp
Salt
to taste
Recipe:
Slice onion and finely chop ginger, chillies, then add it in a bowl.
Add gram flour (besan), garam masala powder, black pepper powder, red chillies powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder and salt (to taste) with bit of water.
Mix it well like a coating for onions.
Add oil to a frying pan and heat the oil until hot, then reduce the flame to medium level.
Take the onion mix in small portions and deep fry it, till it turns to be a golden brown.
Drain the excess oil on paper towel.
Serve it on a plate with any chutney/sauce/dip of your choice.
