Okra salad
Gather all ingredients together first: 2 minutes
Gather all utensils and lay out on counter: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

3 or 4 |
| Salt |

| Cumin seeds |

| Yoghurt |

Recipe:

Chop okra into small pieces.

Heat the frying pan and add cumin seeds; roast it for a few seconds. Make it as a powder.

Heat the frying pan and add 2 tbsp of oil.

Add the okra, salt and stir fry for 5-6 minutes.

Beat the yoghurt to a creamy consistency; add the fried okra, salt and cumin seeds powder and mix it well.

Serve it as a side dish with rice/naan bread/roti. |
