Sultana/dry grapes

Sugar
¼ cup
Milk
¾ cup
Ghee/unsalted butter
¼ cup
Recipe:
Grind almond and cardamom into a powder (like small grains).
Boil milk in a sauce pan.
Heat the frying pan and add ¼ cup of ghee/unsalted butter; wait for few minutes.
Add rice flour and fry it for few minutes, then add milk and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add sugar, cashew nuts and sultana/dry grapes, almond and cardamom powder; stir it for a minute and then add the boiled water, stirring constantly till it becomes a thick paste.
