Jeera sauce/Dip

 
Gather all ingredients together first:  2 minutes

Gather all utensils and lay out on counter:  2 minutes

Preparation time:  2 minutes

 

Ingredients:

 

Salt to taste
Cumin seeds ¼ tsp
Yoghurt 1 cup

 

Recipe:
 
  • Heat the frying pan and add cumin seeds, then roast it for few seconds.  Make it as a powder.
  • Beat the yoghurt into a creamy consistency; add cumin seed powder, salt and then mix it well.
  • Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes
  • Serve it as a side for meals, rice/naan bread/roti.
