Coriander Leaves Sauce/Dip
Gather all ingredients together first: 2 minutes
Gather all utensils and lay out on counter: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

| Coriander leaves |
3-4 leaves |
| Salt |
to taste |
| Yoghurt |
1 cup |

Recipe:

Chop coriander leaves, green chillies, then grind it into a thick paste.

Beat the yoghurt into a creamy consistency; add 2 tsp of the paste, salt and mix it well.

Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Serve it as a side for meals, rice/naan bread/roti/snacks. |
