Coriander Leaves Sauce/Dip

 
Gather all ingredients together first:  2 minutes

Gather all utensils and lay out on counter:  2 minutes

Preparation time:  3 minutes

 

Ingredients:

 

Green chillies 1 (optional)
Coriander leaves 3-4 leaves
Salt to taste
Yoghurt 1 cup

Recipe:
 
  • Chop coriander leaves, green chillies, then grind it into a thick paste.
  • Beat the yoghurt into a creamy consistency; add 2 tsp of the paste, salt and mix it well.
  • Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Serve it as a side for meals, rice/naan bread/roti/snacks.
