Coconut Rice
Gather all ingredients together first: 2 minutes
Pre-cut all vegetables: 3 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:

| Red chillies(left whole) |

| Grated coconut |

| Mustard Seeds |

| Coriander Leave |
5-10 g |
| Salt |

Recipe:

Finely chop onions, green chillies, and ginger.

Boil rice in a pot.

Heat the frying pan and add 2 tbsp of oil.

Add cumin seeds, mustard. and once it begins to sizzle add curry leaves, green chillies, red chillies; stir it for a few seconds.

Add onions and fry until golden brown.

Add grated coconut; stir it for a few minutes until golden brown.

Add salt to taste and stir for a few minutes.

Add the boiled rice, being careful not to break up the grains too much.

Serve it on a plate.
