Carrot Salad

 
Gather all ingredients together first:  2 minutes

Gather all utensils and lay out on counter:  2 minutes

Preparation time:  4 minutes

 

Ingredients:

 

Green chillies 1 (optional)
Grated carrot 100 g
Salt to taste
Yoghurt 1 cup
 

Recipe:

 
  • Finely chop green chillies.
  • Beat the yoghurt to a creamy consistency; add salt and grated carrot, then mix it well.
  • Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Serve it as a side for meals, rice/naan bread/roti.
