Carrot Salad

Ingredients:

| Grated carrot |

| Salt |

| Yoghurt |

Recipe:

Finely chop green chillies.

Beat the yoghurt to a creamy consistency; add salt and grated carrot, then mix it well.

Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Serve it as a side for meals, rice/naan bread/roti. |
