Cabbage and Coconut Salad
Gather all ingredients together first: 2 minutes
Gather all utensils and lay out on counter: 2 minutes

Ingredients:
| Green chillies |

| Grated coconut |
¼ cup |
| Grated cabbage |
½ cup |
| Cumin seeds |
¼ tsp |
| Salt |
to taste |
| Yoghurt |
1 cup |
Recipe:

Finely chop green chillies.

Heat the frying pan and add cumin seeds; roast it for a few seconds. Make it as a powder.

Beat the yoghurt into a creamy consistency; add salt and grated coconut, grated cabbage, cumin seed powder, then mix it well.

Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Serve it as a side for meals, rice/naan bread/roti. |
