Breakfast has often been described as the most important meal of the day. Breakfast provides an excellent opportunity to eat a variety of foods, from something light, to a more substantial meal, depending on your needs at the time. Cereals, yoghurt, toast, and juices are one the easiest ways, but not the only option.

Why not try something new, full of vitamins, minerals, and something that won’t compromise on taste.  Some of these breakfast menus can also be used as snacks and as a light dinner.
